Marini’s Discounts is a family-owned discount store offering liquidation, overstock, and occasionally returned merchandise. By purchasing from our store, you agree to all terms listed below

Marini’s Discounts sells merchandise sourced from liquidation, overstock, and customer returns. Items may be:

• Open box
  
• Previously handled
  
• Missing parts or accessories
  
• Not in original packaging
  

All items are sold AS-IS, with no guarantees unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase.

Customers are responsible for inspecting items before purchase. Testing is available in-store when applicable.

By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges acceptance of the item’s condition.

All items are individually priced and sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Prices may change at any time without notice.

• Returns are accepted only for defective items
  
• A valid receipt is required
  
• Returns must be made within 48 hours of purchase
  
• Items must be returned in the same condition as sold
  

Electronics are guaranteed for 48 hours only.

The following are NOT eligible for return:

• Non-defective items
  
• Items damaged after purchase
  
• Items missing parts not originally included
  
• Items returned after the 48-hour window
  

All returns are subject to inspection and approval.

All products are sold without any warranty, express or implied, unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of purchase.

Marini’s Discounts is not liable for any injury, loss, or damages resulting from the use or misuse of any product purchased

We reserve the right to refuse service, limit quantities, or cancel transactions at our discretion. Theft or fraudulent activity will result in appropriate action.

We strive to ensure all product descriptions, pricing, and information are accurate. However, errors may occur, and we reserve the right to correct them at any time
